I’ll be back from maternity leave in January 2018 and we are kicking off with a new workshop run jointly with Performance Coach John Kettle.  We’ll be helping you develop a physical and mental training plan for you to use over the winter months, to put you in a great position to start your summer season outdoors.   John will cover how best to train physically to meet your goals, and I will be helping you hone the psychological skills needed to send that dream route or problem.  Places will be limited and strictly on a first come first served basis, so do contact us asap if you are interested in booking – we expect this workshop to be sold out.

 

Climbing is no longer in its infancy and it seems everyone has a different opinion on the best way to train, to the point that it can be confusing trying to work out what will work for you.  Both John and myself teach only scientific, evidence based and proven techniques which will be tailored to your needs, so you don’t have to worry about what to focus on or sort the wheat from the chaff.  All you need to do is put what we teach you into practice consistently and regularly to get the results you want.
